I have a long work history in the hospitality trade and have always had an aversion to serviettes wrapped around cutlery which is bound by water.  Soggy serviettes that are unusable or dry crusty ones that are demolished when you try to unravel them. This lead me to provide a solution to this dilemma.  Contact Points. 
I have worked in and managed cafes, bars and function centers in the South Island of New Zealand, giving me a sound knowledge of the day to day running of this industry and what is the perfect solution to a soggy problem.
